the constitution is considered as a living document as:-
1) the constitution serves several purposes.
        First,it lays out certain ideals that form the basis of the kind of the country that we as citizens aspire to live in.
       Or, put another way, a constitution tells us what the fundamental nature of our society is.
A country is usually made up of communities who share certain beliefs but may not necessarily agree on all issues. The constitution helps serve as a set of rules that all the people of the country can agree upon to serve as the basis of the country in the way they want it to be governed.
