GØØĐ ĐAY!

This means the Constitution is the highest law of the land.

Parliament cannot pass a law which goes against the Constitution.

The courts and the government must also make sure what they do is constitutional.

The Constitution itself is protected because it is much more difficult to change than any other law.

The first and foremost feature of Indian Sovereignty is that Constitution is the supreme law of the land; and all state organs including parliament, judiciary, states etc. are bound by it.

They must act within the limits laid down by the Constitution.

A significant unitary feature is the Emergency provisions in the Indian constitution.

Thank you

Hope it's helpful :-)

The constitution is the supreme lawthat determines the relationship among people living a territory (called citizens) and also the relationship between the people and the government.
