Why is copper wire is not used in the filament of a bulb? What will happen if we use a thick tungsten wire in an electric bulb?

Copper wires are not used in filament of a bulb due to the low resistance of copper.

If we use thick tungsten wire in an electric bulb then the bulb will not glow and function properly. As the filament should possess high resistance for an effective glow. Henceforth in this case, the thick wire will have low resistance than thin wire, so it doesnt glow.
