ANSWER

------------------

Suppose mister A and mister B are two friends both experts in their professions ,but Mr A worked as an Indian adminstrative service officer , where as Mr b rose to higher ranks in private sector now Mr a during tenure of his life went to highest position of serving as a selection committee member and Mr B's son cleared the upsc exam so Mr b wanted to take something out(cheap mentality) of their friendship now Mr a who was even sound morally and ethically in his service life was trapped in the web of friendship and had to adhere to his friend's request which lead to the selection of Mr B's son in his first attempt which made him an administrative officer in the very first chance overlooking someone who deserved that seat ,here starts corruption though it is a simple example of friendship, people who are in power are being used by relatives ,friends ,friends of friends for these sort of works, you can call nepotism at times which leads to corruption

Reservation - it will irk any reasonably Thinking person to see the hardwork they are putting in and what other guys who basically are not now dwelling in the impoverished layers of society taking the benefits ,and making it I would not say easily but ,with less effort as compared to the one they are competing with ,people who have this attitude of learning and growing take setbacks and again start with motivation and make it ,but certainly our country has a history of having majority of licking and growing people so you can make out how corruption snowballs in this case

Pesonal example -one of my friend appeared for ibps exams last year and cleared his pre ,mains ,after the interviews when the final results came,he found that he did not made it ,and the girl who had 20 marks less than him in ,mains exams made it,the poor Chad ,was not able to make the interview panel happy I guess,so here see the system of recruitment well I don't think that they are recruiting employees for Goldman Sachs or Morgan Stanley that you require extraordinary skill set in an interview?,here what comes to power are the above mentioned points and they are

1) The people who are sitting on powerful posts who prefer ,their feet licking, nepotism, and friends requests above than the integrity of the country

2) The policy makers who are overlooking the deserving candidates for their vote bank politics

3) The people who only know one thing after sitting at powerful posts misuse of their power

4) The feet licking good people ,who don't know things like hardwork, determination, patience kind of ........
