• The reason for this is the want of gaining result of their work faster. For instance in normal pace, government might take 8-9 days to complete the required task but with bribing from the lower level of the government it is easy to get the work done in a day or two.

• Another important reason is the education qualification. Higher qualification is not a requirement in Nepal government posts. Anybody who is financially sound can be a government servant.
