it's a conventional assumption .there is no such specific reason. but for getting so sense of logical satisfaction i have made an self made logic. for opening bottle we have to turn cap counter clockwise. for getting wind fan moves counter clockwise. but remember this is my logic. there is nothing to do with the convention
