As Britishers colonized other nations some kind of cultural exchange took place, for example, the introduction of Cricket to the colonies. For the following reasons cricket was considered to be a colonial game:
1. In the colonies of Britain cricket was considered as the imperial game or it represented a higher social and racial status.
2. They considered that Indians have no skill to play this game. And they discouraged Indians to join the cricket clubs. These clubs were dominated by the Britishers.
3. At the time when Parsis founded the first Cricket club in India in the year 1848, the Whites offered no aid to the Parsis.
