Why is crystallization technique better than evaporation method?

Cystallization is a method to purify solids having some impurities in it.
It is considered better than evaporation because :
1. Sometime the substance chars or decomposes like sugar on heating.
2. Sometime even after evaporation some impurities are left to be removed.
Due to these resons substance is been crystillaized after being evaporated.

one of the main reasons is also that crystallisation changes rthose substances to crystalline form. and so we can obtain crystals instead of broken particles
