Hey Mate!!

Current electricity is a better source for use in our home than static electricity because,in static electricity the charges are at rest and they are accumulating on the surface of the insulator.whereas in current electricity the electrons are moving inside the conductor.
static electricity exists for a short time period, but current electricity exists for a long time period.
