The decision making process is better in democracy than in dictatorship because:-
1. Power is not concentrated in a few hands.
2. The citizens are directly involved in the process as their representatives are taking the decisions.
3. Chances of biased decisions is minimized.
4. Usually the decisions taken are in the favour of each community, caste or group as there are representatives of each group in the Parliament.
