<b>Decius is a part of conspiracy. He has been, deliberately sent to pursue Caesar to go to Senate House. He gave flattering, conceit and temptation in persuading Caesar. First, he gave a flattering interpretation to Calipurnia's dream. Secondly, he taunts that Caesar will became a stock of laughter if he yields to his wife's foolish fear. Lastly he tells Caesar that the Senate has decided to offer him crown that day. Calipurnia is a devoted wife. But her bad dreams and ill omens feel to impress Caesar's ego and arrogance.
