Definitely democracy is better because there is mutual understanding of people and the right and liberation is given to people to elect their representative. Indeed there is sense of freedom and a whole system is created. on the other hand in dictatorship whole system is controlled by one person. people have to live under authorization and can't progress for betterment of nation.
