2. The presence of representative members in the policy-making process can reduce the probability of any mistake. As consultation and discussion took place in parliament before initiating any policy or law

and when people are given right to discuss and gove their opinions it mean that it is a democratic state i.e system of vote because people select govt by vote it means that they re happy everuthing is happening by their will
