Democracy is a ‘state’ of Political evolution and not a ‘State-System’. Democracy cannot be forced on any regime, it should be self-attained.

Democracy is implied where people are self-equipped economically and intellectually. That means, they earn their own bread and they know what is best for them. Democracy do not guarantee social security, since, people are their own fortune writer.

In Democracy, State is limited to Security of Life and Liberty and Arbitration mechanism through Judicial process.

The Development of democracy

If Development is about creating tallest building, high-tech roads etc.. No, true democracy do not provide this, since these infrastructure development needs huge money which is only possible through abusing others’ life and liberty, i.e. through the economy of Crime.

In Democracy, there is a development of Human index.
