Dependency Ratio is a measure showing the no. of dependence between 0-14 and above 65 and total population is reffered to total dependency ratio

1) The senior citizens/old people in India live more often with their children in India than they do elsewhere in the world.

2) Population in India is proportionately/comparatively higher in the lower age groups. 

3) Indian families bear/have more children, on an average, than most countries.
