Hey there
__________________________________________
There are following Reasons Behind it :-
• As we know that multicellular organisms have to do so many works and for doing works oxygen is required since oxygen helps to obtain ed the energy in our body
• We know that diffusion is the process in which the Water particles or gases like - oxygen or carbon dioxide passes from one regions yo another
• Since diffusion can only help to Unicellular organism as they don't have specific works
Hope this may help you ☺
