The only way to control the people and nations from causing a full scale war would be through disarmament. Many international conventions and treaties have been signed on disarmament but the risk still prevails. The nations should understand the consequences of using such modern equipment and must, therefore, restraint from developing more or using them.
Disarmament is the only way to reduce biological arms race and to avoid another large scale war.
