Why is distilled water not recommended as Portable water?

Distilled water is not recommended as portable water because it is acidic in Nature .

Distilled water is not recommended due to water's property of being a universal solvent. Due to this property, distilled water is able to dissolve many of the essential nutrients of our body, making us deficient.
