Well I think It Will be More Advantageous to Your Health and Fitness and Doing Some Exercise and Running With it Will Surely Make You Energetic.Being an "Early Bird" Definitely Works Out.

When you rise early, it eliminates the need to rush in the morning.
The early riser has done a large amount of hard work before other person has got out of bed.
In the early morning, the mind is fresh and there are few sounds or other distractions, so that work done at that time is generally well done.
