Earth is called as living planet because it has water, good atmosphere, favourable climate conditions and suitable to live plants and animals also it has protective equipments like ozone layer and magnetic field and natural cycles like water cycles, nitrogen cycles, etc.
It has all the necessary conditions that is required for living a life. That's why it is called " the living planet ".
