Why is Earth flat at the poles and bulged out at the equator? Explain in terms of vectors?

because we all know that when we take a magnet.when we allow the magnet to rotate freely.the north part of magnet stop towards northern pole of the earth .the like poles of magnet always repel each other and the unlike poles of the magnet always attracted towards each other
so ,the earth has also the same thing as well as magnet .we all know that the earth has a north pole and a south pole so, unlike poles of magnet attract towards each other so the earth has also magnet at the poles and the unlike poles attract each other therefore the earth is flat from the poles and bulged out at the equator
