There r two type of unemployment-
First is voluntary and second is involuntary unemployment.
Voluntary unemployment mean the person is unemployed by his choice and in voluntary mean unemployed by situations.

Involuntary unemployment is a serious case as many educated persons r educated bt unable to get job.
They r wanted to get a job at existing wage rate but unable to get jobs.

Unemployment lead to loss of our country by taking the Human Resource unutilised
As it mean wastageof Human Resource and lack of using them be have lack of proper development. But due to lack of more jobs and employment generation plan government r wounded to clear the problem of unemployment.

For full employment government uses many fiscal policy and monetary policy as a measure of unemployment.
