Answer:

A deep divide between residents of rural and urban communities around the United States has become a common point of discussion following the 2016 presidential election. Comparisons between rural and urban America often paint urban areas as wealthier, younger, more educated and, perhaps most noteworthy to the next election cycle, more progressive in their politics. Conversely, rural America is often characterized by higher poverty rates, an older population, as well as traditional values and work ethic. Residents of rural areas are more likely to own a home and to have served in the military, but rural areas are also struggling with relatively high suicide rates, opioid abuse, and slow job growth.

Employement in urban areas is considered more attractive than those of urban areas due to many factors such as follows
a)FACILITIES in urban areas facilities like commutation are easily available.
b)INTERNET network facilities in rural areas are not penetrated yet comprehensively to some of the rural parts could be a barrier .
c)RESIDENTIAL residential area are easily available in urban areas.
d)OPPORTUNITIES most of the MNCs setup their business in urban area or near by it so people find it best to live in urban areas.
e)EDUCATION urban areas have edge over rural areas in educational pedagogy appealing people to move urban areas for their children’s bright future.
f)more overall facilities in urban areas are available at hand in minimum time.
However our rural India constitute about 60%of population and providing them facilities as like urban areas can remove such disparities .
