evaporation isn't a chemical change it is a physical change as
once water is evaporated it can brought back into into its original stage by condensing it whereas in a chemical change a new product is formed and we cannot get back the original stage.but in physical change only rearranges molecules but doesn't affect their internal structures.

Evaporation is the process of transformation of water into vapours. It is a physical process not chemical as in chemical process, the formation of a new substance takes place but here in the case of evaporation, no new substance is formed so it is a physical process not chemical process.
