Why is everyone allowed to have a ration card? Shouldn't it be for the poor and struggling citizens?

Having a ration card is just another mark of being an Indian.
Just like your Aadhar Card, voter ID cards, passports, PAN cards, this is another proof of your identity and nationality.
It is for every Indian living in the country ranging from the poor and struggling citizen to the rich ones.

Ration card is the most important one that should carried out by everyone in the nation.
The government schemes and policies are enrolled in it comes as margin income and are unable to afford the prices.
So, it means for everyone in the country and carry out major solution offered by the government.
