Why is exercise so important? If we don’t focus on our health then what will happen?


I am getting really demotivated sitting at home, eating food.

exercise is important in our day to day life to maintain our health.

it is very very important to do exercise for a normal body because it regulate its our normal internal activities in our body.

it maintains our strength and keeps our mind fresh. doing exercise in early morning strength and few and makes your day fulfilled.

if we don't eat healthy foods then immunity power goes down and their health gradually. it may cause disease to our body and gradually we make it sick.so both health and exercise are two important factors needed by our body and that is a beauty to do everyday.
