Hi ,

Because fluorine is more electronegativity than oxygen , actually the highest electinegativity

So , fluorine atract the bond electrons and carry the partially negative charge , and oxygen carry partially positive charge ,

So , the chemical formula is OF2

Due to the fluorine is monovalent and oxygen is divalent
