fatty food damage the liver cell which cause puffyness and cause liver cerhhosis also.....by this more example also there see..
1.Excessive amounts of caffeine and sugar can affect your liver and cause jaundice.
2.Limit your intake of soda, tea, coffee and other beverages that contain caffeine or artificial sweeteners .
3. Processed foods, saturated fat and fried foods can stress your liver, possibly leading to jaundice.

With the wrong choice of foods, the liver must have to work more to process the food. It should be avoided as it may further strain the body.
