Why is fire not considered living despite the fact that is consumes and uses energy, requires oxygen and moves?

it doesnt have the life process and cant reproduce also its actually a form of energy

Fire is not considered as living as they do not respire.

And fire does not move only its flame get deflected due to air speed. Let me explain to u with a example. Consider paper, it moves when air speed is high but it is not living.

Fire does not have any cells present in it to do any biological process.

And now next u said that they use oxygen. Let us consider an example. Take petroleum, it needs oxygen to burn but it is not living.
