Why is fishing sustainable?

Fishing is said to be sustainable as long as we keep track of how much we need to fulfill our food requirements and how much we need to leave behind to help them survive and not leave them distinct.

As sustainability is important in every aspect of life, it has same importance in fishing too. We need to take care that there are enough fishes behind to maintain the necessary population in the water body while meeting our food requirements.
