hey buddy !! here's your answer ....

fluoride is helpful for teeth as it increases the remineralisation of teeth and thus helps in calcium deposition on teeth. it prevents tooth from decay .

but large amount if fluoride is also dangerous and may cause yellowing of teeth .

hey buddy !! here's your answer...

yes fluoride is good for teeth if taken in right quantity. it strengthens the teeth . the amount of fluoride generally present in water is ample to protect our teeth . it protects our teeth from bacteria in plaque and hence prevents tooth decay .

that is why fluoride is also used in toothpaste and certain dental treatments .

but large amount of fluoride is not appreciated. it causes dental fluorosis .

hope it helps !! ❤️✌️
