frying pan is made up of metal like aluminium but the handle of frying pan is made up of plastic or wood as while cooking the food is heated and we know that plastic and wood are not good conductors of heat and even metals are very good conductors of heat. so, to not burn our hands while cooking the handles are made up of plastic or wood

A frying pan is made of metal , as metals are a good conductor of heat, to aid the flow of heat to cook the food but the handle is made of plastic or wood, as they are bad conductor of heat ,to make it easier to hold it.
