hey buddy !! here's your answer...
➡️the descending loop of Henle is permeable to water but impermeable to salts . so water being permeable flows out but salts are retained within the limb . therefore the filtrate become hypertonic due to high concentration of salt.
➡️in ascending loop of Henle ,its just opposite.
it is impermeable to water but permeable to salts . therefore salts flow out... making the solution hypotonic
