Gradual weight loss is better than crash dieting because in gradual weight loss, our body loses weight by itself which is a natural phenomena and it doesn't have any side effects on our body but on the other hand crash dieting is not good even though it helps us to lose our weight faster because it has many side effects on our body like it makes our cells die and etc.
So we should always prefer gradual weight loss rather than crash dieting
