why is gravity of objects slightly less than objects at the poles

Force between 2 objects = GMm/d^2
Force of objects at surface of earth = GMm/R^2
You know that earth has geoid shape and it is not a complete sphere
The radius of earth is slightly shorter between the centre and surface, so gravity is more at the pole

It is because they feel centrifugal acceleration due to the earth's rotation...
