why is groundwater a highly overused resource??

Because, ground water is the fresh water source comparing to all other water resourses.And now a days ground water is easily taken through pumping (bore). So ground water is highly overused..

because every people in area using water pump, well and today there is a need of water for our daily need and also because of overpopulation.
