Answer:
The Indus River Valley Civilization, also known as Harappan civilization, developed the first accurate system of standardized weights and measures, some as accurate as to 1.6 mm. Harappans created sculpture, seals, pottery, and jewelry from materials, such as terracotta, metal, and stone.

The Harrapan culture is also called town culture because it was built like a modern city. It had drains for proper drainage and the buildings were built of bricks. The capital city Mohenjo Daro even had a huge water tank that was used for bathing and it even had small rooms for changing clothes. Thus it was a type of modern city.
