Since the pressure on hills is less, while going up a hill , aur from inside our body tries moving out to equalise pressure and hence applies force on eardrums from inside thus, affecting our hearing. And as we come down our eardrums become free and ensures normal hearing.

since the pressure tries to equalise the pressure with our body this in directly affects your drums this is the reason why we w h y are affected while coming from down from Hills
