The Heart is divided into different chambers because :

  • To avoid Intermixing of Deoxygenated and Oxygenated blood

The heart has different chambers to prevent the mixing of Oxygenated and De-oxygenated blood. So it allows a highly efficient supply for oxygen to the body. It also helped to maintain the body temperature.
