Why is Helium the least reactive nonmetal? Plz use periodic trends to explain.

Reactivity is due to the atom's tendency to lose or gain electrons due to the incomplete valence electron shells. ... Generally, the Noble gases are considered theleast reactive elements, such as Neon, Xenon etc. But Helium is perhaps more sterile than them, as it does not react with anything at all.

Because it is the right most element in 1st Period ...and the reactivity decreases...from left to right...
Moreover it is a noble gas...they don't react..because it's outermost shell is completely filled...
