Hemoglobin when is oxygen rich environment becomes saturated with oxygen. This happens in lung capillaries.

When blood is circulated surrounded by oxygen hungry tissues. Oxygen is released through hemoglobin. At the same time carbon dioxide of tissues comes in blood.

During next circulation oxygen released in tissues is replaced in lungs.

There fore hemoglobin is called Robin hood of body.

Hope this will help you ✌
