Why is honey the food which can't be spoiled and why no microbes can live in it ?

Because honey contains sugars that are hygroscopic(doesn't contain much water) which only a very few bacteria and microorganisms can survive in the resulting low-moisture environment. Honey's pH is between 3 and 4.5 which also kills off anything that are trying to make a home in honey. :)
