Answer:Because due to human capital we get food, utilities, clothes to wear. Like we eat chicken but we cannot it raw and whole like a anaconda we need to cut it into pieces and fry it and then we eat it . Straight to the point we need human capital for production to get things from the nature like purified water, food , clothes e.t.c.
