✔Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is kept in coloured bottles because it gets decomposed when it comes in the presence of light.
Coloured bottles prevent the entry of light by absorbing it and thus does not allow the hydrogen peroxide to get decomposed.
✔It shows the example of photodecomposition.
✔After decomposing, it gets converted into Water (H2O) and Oxygen (O2).
