Why is ice at 273 degree kelvin more effective in cooling than water at the same temperature?

Because the molecules of ice than that of cooling water at 273 Kelvin have absorbed more energy during the process of solidification that's why ice than cooling water at same temperature is more effective in cooling

Because at 0° C (273 K) particles of water have more energy comparing it to water at the same temperature.
