ice at 273K more effective in cooling because in water at 273k contains latent heat which is 3.234 ×10^5 j/ kg but ice doesn't contain latent heat so it more cool then water.

ice at 273K more effective in cooling than water at same temperature because there is present extra heat called latent heat of fusion in ice.
