international date line coincides with 180degrees latitude but it doesn't touch land because two sides of line have two different days.if it passes through land that countries will have a two dates .so what is the problem here for example if today one side of land is Sunday people have holiday. so holiday should be given to whole country.so they will have two days so confusion will be prevailing.
