India is called a subcontinent because it shows different cultures and traditions than the rest of the continents. countries which share Indian subcontinent are- Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Bhutan. Let's take two Asian countries, India and Japan. These both countries have different traditional values and varied thinking and cultures.
