Why is India considered as largest democracy in the world?? eventhough USA is better than India in their democracy system approach.

I think because of vary in population. You are right USA is better than India but compared with population USA has very less population than India. Democracy is the people's rule. When the population is more definitely the democracy would be large. So, India is considered as largest democracy in the world.
You may have the doubt about China which has the highest population. But China is a Communist Country.
