Why is India not a swach bharat

India not a swach bharat because due to unproper management of waste material by common people and chemical formulas in open land and rivers which pollutes the environment . So by govt. swach bharat abhiyan is started by which will help to make our surrounding good and better.

India was not swachh coz people here were not taking cleanliness seriously, they were used to throw garbage in open instead of putting them in dustbins. There was no proper arrangements for this issue earlier. The factories dumped their industrial was in rivers. But now all this is changing due to the Swachh Bharat mission by our PM. Now there are increased proper sanitation and waste facilities available almost everywhere. The thing is that, the people here need to change their ways and it's in the process. I m sure that it will become a clean country soon if each and every citizen of the country is aware of his or her duties.
